Optimization and adjustment of lighting on key road sections in Linyi City, Shandong Province

This time to optimize the "midnight lights", the Municipal Management Service Center of Linyi Urban Management Bureau has formulated an adjustment plan based on seasonal characteristics, full research and evaluation in the early stage, and combined with the actual conditions of different regions, "one policy along the way". The scope of adjustment includes cross-river bridges and Qihe Road, Binhe East Road, Binhe West Road, Beijing Road, Yimeng North Road, Shuangling Road, and the airport entrance to the city.

During the adjustment, energy saving and illumination are coordinated, and different energy saving methods are adopted. One is to reduce unnecessary landscape or functional lighting, such as Beijing Road (Liuqinghe East Road-Yimeng Road), Beijing Road Yihe Bridge Chinese lanterns turn off the 16-fire light ball after 23:00, Binhe Road (Jucai 6th Road- The Chinese lanterns along the riverside will be closed after 22:00 on Binhe East Road (Changchun Road-Liujiadao Crossing), Binhe West Road (Changchun Road-Sanhe Bridge), and Qihe Road (Mengshan North Road-Nanjing Road) . One situation is to turn off the lighting on one side of the road. For example, the Lingong Bridge turns off the single-arm street lights on one side after 22:00, and the Beijing Road (Yimeng Road-Nanjing Road) turns off the auxiliary road lights. By reasonably controlling the duration, range and energy consumption of lighting facilities, we can ensure that urban lighting is more scientific, economical and efficient.

"Midnight light" mode refers to turning off some street lights while ensuring basic lighting in the latter half of the night when there is less traffic to achieve the purpose of saving energy. The optimized "midnight light" mode will be officially implemented from January 12. By reasonably controlling the opening time, range and energy consumption of lighting facilities, it will ensure that urban lighting is more scientific, economical and efficient.
