G359 national road lights are all on

G359 National Highway (Tiantang Section) is an important traffic artery connecting Xinxing County and Yangchun City, and connects many villages (neighborhood) committees along the line. Recently, the Party Committee and government of Paradise Town newly installed 391 solar street lamps for the G359 National Highway (Paradise Section), and successfully "lighted up" on January 18, 2023, officially running a trial run. The total investment of the project is about 1.92 million yuan, which truly realizes the full coverage of the main road lights in the jurisdiction of Tiantang Town.

G359 National Highway (Tiantang Section) solar street light installation project starts from the town mark square in Tiantang Town and ends at the Lizaishui Overpass Bridge in Nanshun Village Committee of Tiantang Town. 9 village (neighborhood) committees including Southeast, Wuyi, Wuer, Yuantougang, Longping, and Nanshun, benefiting 65,000 people in the town.

"The project started construction at the end of October 2022. There are a total of 391 LED street lights. This light is solar automatic, and it will automatically turn on and adjust according to the length of day and night. The lighting system works about 10-12 hours a day, which is comparable to ordinary street lights. It has the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection, and can effectively improve the safety factor of villagers' travel." The person in charge of the project said.

"There are a large number of large trucks passing through this road section, the speed is fast, and there are many residents living in the surrounding area. There are great traffic safety hazards for residents to travel at night. Residents have an urgent desire to install street lights." The relevant person in charge of Paradise Town said. The county party committee and county government and the town committee and town government attached great importance to this issue. After many on-site investigations, they decided to install street lights for this section of road to effectively improve the safety of people traveling at night.
