It is understood that the project has received widespread attention from all walks of life since its inception. The construction unit overcame various difficulties to ensure the smooth progress of the project. Today, the completion of the Yufu Avenue street light installation project not only lights up people’s travel paths, but also warms their hearts. The Yulin Municipal Urban Management and Supervision Bureau will continue to improve urban municipal facilities, improve the level of regular management and maintenance, create a livable, resilient and smart city for citizens, and strive to build a clear, prosperous, civilized, harmonious and beautiful new Yulin.

It is understood that Yufu Avenue (the section from Yufu intersection to Fumian Yushan Bridge) is the main traffic artery connecting Yuzhou District and Fumian District. Since it was opened to traffic, it has not been equipped with street lights and other facilities, making it inconvenient for people to travel at night. To this end, the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government quickly arranged for the Municipal Urban Management and Supervision Bureau to organize the Municipal Urban Landscape Lighting Center, a subsidiary unit, to improve the street lighting facilities in this section as soon as possible, and to add a central isolation green belt on Yufu Road (Yubo Avenue to Fumianyushan Bridge) and street light installation projects to provide a safe and convenient travel environment for the masses.

The project starts from Yushan Bridge and ends at Yubo Avenue. The total length of the route is about 2,900 meters. The project plans to build a central isolation green belt of about 2,700 meters, install 82 street lights in the green belt, and re-lay out road traffic markings. The project has started construction on December 14, 2023 from the Yufu intersection toward Fumian.
