On October 23, an investigation by the Zhuhai Street Light Service Center under the Urban Management and Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau of Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province found that under the bridge from the bus stop at the Huxin Intersection of Zhuhai Avenue to the terminus of the Huxin Intersection of Sanzao Town, Jinwan District, Zhuhai City (towards Xiangzhou direction) It is dark at night, and there are certain safety risks for citizens traveling.
After on-site investigation, it was found that the pillars at the bottom of the bridge here are equipped with landscape lighting wall lamps, and the city’s unified landscape lighting mode is closed on working days and turned on on weekends and national statutory holidays from 19:00 to 22:00.
On the morning of October 25, the Zhuhai Street Light Service Center immediately arranged for staff to modify the landscape light circuit of the overpass at Huxin Road Intersection to ensure timely and efficient resolution of potential safety hazards for citizens traveling at night.
After three hours of full-scale renovation, the staff installed more than 150 meters of cables to connect the 16 overpass landscape light lines that were originally lit within the specified time to nearby street lights, so that the lighting time of the landscape lights here is consistent with functional lighting. All lighting is achieved at night, which meets the needs of citizens for night travel and improves the safety of night driving.
